Sports Law

As you know, my article was chosen to be part of future offerings of the sports law course. Well, today was the exam for that class and the three articles also made their way into this semesters course as well. The one article was based on a South American constitution which protects the right to play sports. This was the basis of an essay question. The two cases (of which mine was) featured through the exam as well. I was able to tie it into half of the questions. One was a direct tie in with the other case. We had to discuss two doping cases which had gone to the Sports Court, and surprise surprise the two cases picked to go on the website were both on doping issues. And then I was able to creatively insert my doping case into another question as well. It is the policy of the law school that we are not to put our names on the paper because everyone knows everyone for the most part. But I know that when it comes to marking three papers that the prof is going to know who wrote them based on the quality of the answers for certain questions. Oh well, that's life.

And to think that I only took this class because it fit into my schedule. It turns out I actually had fun in it. And we'll see in about 3 weeks how much I learned. :)
