I'm Back

I just got back from Thailand. Literally. I picked up my keys 2 hours ago. Thailand was great, the thai people are amazingly friendly. I took a tonne of pictures, I'm not looking forward to panying the bill when I get them developed though. The other couple I traveled with were a pain in the butt They didn't want to do anything except eat, sit in the air conditioned van, and watch the news until the night markets opened. When we were in places that didn't have any markets they would bitch about anything and everything. There were two nights when the places we stayed at didn't have tv. The one night the place didn't have electricity(we stayed on the river Kwau) Had I not knkown better and only listened to them, you would have thought it was the end of the world. For people who are self-proclaimed travellers, they were bery closed minded about everything. Oh well, the tour guide realized that they were pissing me off so he arranged for when we had multiple nights at the same place that I was on a different floor from them.

I'm glad I went, I had a great time and saw lots of people from Canada, it was almost like I was back in school with all the canadians.
