Philosophy

I now know why I NEVER took Philosophy. As I had taken it in my undergrad I thought I would take it here. I didn't have to, as they decided that the group I started with would be the last one to take it. I had to choice to take it or not and decided that I would cause I hadn't taken it in my undergrad. Here is why I shouldn't have taken, or to at least be glad I wasn't around in ancient Greece.

There is a philosopher who believed (and got others to believe) that society is only good if everyone is part of a couple whose purpose is to have children. Only then will society be good. Hence, anyone who is single and has no kids is bad. Cool.

Now, I know why people thought that I was the devil incarnate. I thought it was just people being jealous that I was doing whatever I wanted, and not getting sucked into the whole money thing at the casino. Hell I guess they were right, at least according to the Ancient Greek Philosophers. And as everyone reading this knows I am always one to go along with what others think.
