Cheap(ish) Nanners

I went to get milk at the grocery store around the corner. Nanners were $6.97/kg. I just about fell over. That's the cheapest I've seen them in like 9 months. Last week the one grocery store at the mall had bananas on sale for 7.98/kg, you couldn't get anywhere near the display. It was like watching the news footage of Cabbage Patch Kids when they first came out. But today I saw them at the more expensive grocery store for less then the sale price. YEAH!! The bad thing was that I only had $5 cause I was just getting some milk. I'll have to go back and get some bananas later.

This doesn't mean that you can take nanners of my Christmas list. $7/kg still equals almost $3/lb. That's still really expensive for bananas.
