High Praise

Last night at spin class the instructor congratulated us all. Well, the three of us anyway. At the end of the class he commented that he would be willing to put us on a bike with the cyclists and we'd be able to keep up. Coming from the guy who won last years Hawaiian Ironman competition that's high praise.
