Rain Rain Go Away

I want it to STOP RAINING!! Yes, I know the continent is in the midst of a 10 yr drought and that 'winter' is the rainy season but I've had enough rain. It's rained off and on for 2 days now and they're calling for more rain. The good news is that at least we aren't getting the winds that Sydney and the southern parts of the country are getting. It was windy when I just went for dinner but nothing like the winds the rest of the east coast has been getting. I just want it to stop raining. By the way it wasn't this cold last winter.
