Winter's Finally Here

Just when I thought that winter wasn't going to come it's arrived with vengeance. Yeah, I know that statement doesn't have the same impact coming from this part of the world to a bunch of Canadians but it's still true. It's been gorgeous and warm 25+ until Sunday. Monday it starting raining and it's been cool ever since. I had to pull out my blanket the other night and I've wore socks constantly since Monday, even to bed. Today they are only calling for a high of 17. Yeah, I know that's not cold but it's still winter weather. At least today I can wear a t-shirt and thongs with my jeans. Yesterday I had to wear real socks & shoes and a jumper with my jeans. Although there is good news. My jeans are loose. I see the thyroid specialist in a couple of weeks so he'll be glad to learn that. Hopefully it means things are starting to get back under control and I can come off these stupid pills. But enough procrastinating, I have a presentation worth 40% of my mark in less then 48 hrs. The prof sent us an email last night saying that 4 of the class have to present 2 court cases on Friday morning. Wish me luck I'm going to need it, although I have the 'easier' side to defend so it wont be as bad as it could be. But enough. Talk to you soon.
