Happy Canada Day

Hope your Canada Day is as gorgeous as it was here. It was about 20 and sunny. An absolutely gorgeous winter day. I was out at the marathon today and one of the other participants was wearing an Ottawa Senators hat so he and I got talking. His son married a woman from Ottawa and he got the hat when he was at an Ottawa game in February. So then we had to have the typical 'winter weather' conversation. The only thing missing from today's festivities was the BBQ and the good Canadian beer. But all in all it was a Good Canada day considering it was being celebrated on the other side of the world. Hope yours goes as well as mine did. By the way in case you're wondering I finished in just under an hour and a half.
