Water Water Everywhere...

And Lots of drops to drink, and shower with and flush the toilets.

I have water!! WWWHHHOOO-HHHHOOO!! They did better then I thought they would. I was told it was going to be 3-4 hours. I was expecting today if I was lucky and probably tomorrow. But Surprise! Surprise! Water was restored sometime between 4 and 5:30 - not quite 10 hours after the explosion.

I was telling dad about it and after telling him the list of equipment they had out he figured 12 hours, which was a better estimate then mine. But with there being so many people in residence they had to get the water back.

Still all in all I was surprised that it was back as quickly as it was considering that it was the main pipe with supported the university. But then as it was the main pipe they would want to get it up and running as quickly as possible. I was still surprised that they were able to do it in < 10 hours
