New Jammies

In all my excitement yesterday about the Real Bra Sports Bras and resulting Happy Dances I forgot that I also bought new jammies.

They're flannel, well the Aussie version of flannel. Although it is cool here. This morning when I went to water aerobics (outdoors) it was 5C. We don't even go swimming in Canada when it's 5C out. But I digress.

All the buildings on campas are made from local standstone so that combined with the cooler temps means the dorms are cool enough for flannel jammies. They dont have furnaces in AUstralia. Some of the southern parts and along the southern coast have those space heaters for the individual rooms but that's it.

So the need for Aussie defined flannel jammies. I got two new pairs, as I hadn't brought any of mine with me, cause it's Australia.

I got a pair of Cookie Monster and a pair of Eeyore. WHen I was at Guelph I was known as the girl with the slippers. (one year I had alligators and the other year I had kitty cats) Now I'm going to be the girl with the jammies.

Like I said in yesterday's entry. I am the Queen of Geekdom. All hail the Queen.
