Don't F&^K with the Farm Kid
I was good this time. I didn't put the class brain in his place, but he's not in my discussion group this semester. This time I was able to reverse a bad decision made by the entire High Court (Supreme Court of Canada)
The other two guys in the class thought the court made the right decision. I thought not and 20 minutes later the discussion leader agreed with me. Like I said, don't f&^k with the farm kid. Especially when the case involves farm subsidies.
The discussion wasn't suppose to take that long. The professor set the question with the intention that it was suppose to be a 5 minute review that the court made the RIGHT decision (against the farmers) because it was 'policy'.
Upon reflection the only thing I need to improve is my 'lawyer language' At one point, I said that 'policy was a shitty reason' Had I been before a judge and not the seminar leader, I definitely would have been called on that. So if any of you have a better phrase I'd appreciate it.
