The School's Canadian Ideology

I finally figured it out. The school is convinced that all the Canadians here are missing winter so they have cranked the air in the library, lecture halls and seminar rooms. It took me awhile to figure it out. I knew that everything was freezing but I couldn't figure it out. My epiphany happened today when after three hours in the library my lips and fingers were blue.

The only viable option is that the school thinks we are missing winter. While it has been warm here it hasn't been enough to have the air cranked to what feels like -2C (25F) while there has been a couple of 38-40C (100+F) days then rest of the time it's been gorgeous here 24-27C (75-80F) There is absolutely no reason for them to have the cranked that high. We've gone to the professors who passed it on to the Dean but still nothing gets done. It's like the casino when people would complain about the temperature and it would get passed on (sometimes) and nothing would get done. Although unlike the casino I know the message is passed along. They just won't do anything about it.

But enough of the complaining. I have having fun here, even though I'm sick cause of the stupid air conditioning. Hope you guys are staying warm. I just realized that this is the first time my sign off has applied to me as well. How weird! Anyway I'm going to try and stay warm I hope you do as well.
