Lucked Out

It looks like I got lucky and picked the right year to go to Indy. The government has announced that they were unable to come to an agreement with the Indy organizers and there will not be an Indy race next year. That being said, during the event it was announced that the V8 (nascar) will be back for the next 5 years. So there will be car racing it will just be a question of how many days.

Oh well, I guess that means I wont be able to collect the rest of the Indy autographs. Friends of mine got me a bunch of the drivers autographs as a thank you gesture. I got the important ones, the Aussie who had pole position and the Aussie (a different one) who won the race.

That's all my news for the moment. Hope you're staying warm. It's a little cool today it's only about 65F (~17C) and rainy. Yeah, I know I'm rubbing it in. :D
