Exercise A.D.D.
I think I suffer from exercise A.D.D. If I have to do the same classes all the time I get bored and stop going. I had a program re-evaluation with my trainer the other day. He asked me why hadn't I been on the treadmill lately. I told him I got bored and was going to spinning, kickboxing, land and water aerobics and boxing circuit class instead. He was like OOOOHHHH!! Well, we'll seen if we can't alleviate the boredom. The new program has me on the treadmill for no more then 15 minutes at a time. The last one he wanted me to be on it for an hour straight. BORING cause I can't read on the treadmill cause I have to concentrate on what I'm reading and can't while on the treadmill cause he has be changing the incline all the time. That was his attempt last time to try and combat the boredom. Instead I am now on the stationary bike for 6 minutes then the treadmill for 15 then I do my weight work then back on the bike and finish off on the treadmill. And the best part is I only have to be there 1-2X's a week. HEY!!
Yeah, I know this is a kind of useless entry but it's bin kind of a useless day. Hopefully yours will be more productive.
