Psychic? or just plain good?
I think my trainer must be psychic. Or at the very least he's extremely competent and can read minds. During one of the conversations I had with him while I was searching for a new trainer I started to ask him a question. Before I was even able to finish the question he gave the answer I was hoping for.
There have been a couple of times when we've been working out that he's been able to stand up to me without even saying a word.
My attitude towards working out and the gym hasn't been where it should be and yesterday I realised that I'm starting to get bored and that it's time to change things up. I emailed him to apologise for my attitude and to say it was time to change things up. His response was that he that all ready thought about that and that we were going to change things up when we get together this week. When I got bored with the last trainer, I told him multiple times I was bored and it was finally when I lost my temper and spit the dummy before he realised it was time to change things up.
As I write this I'm starting to realise that maybe my new trainer isn't psychic,he's good enough that he is able to read his clients. I guess it just goes to show that there are some trainers out there who do not just take on as many clients as they can. He hand picks who he wants to work with and only takes on those clients who he feels he can help. Before we started working together we had multiple chats over several months.
