Come On

I can't believe this. You can get beer for doing absolutely anything here. Homer Simpson should leave Springfield and come here.

In the past there has been fundraiser for the university clubs selling beer mugs and there has been raffles for bottles of wine.

Today was the worse. Student council along with the local blood bank (you're reading that right the blood bank) were having a blood donor clinic today. As part of the incentives you got a can of coke, a coupon for a free small pizza and my personal favorite a coupon for a free pint at the campus tavern. Again you're reading that right. Donate a pint of blood and in return you get a pint of beer. The tavern starts serving at 11 and the blood drive went from 10-2. You know that there were people waiting for the tavern to open so they could get their free beer. I can't believe they did that. How irresponsible is that? Let's go and donate blood and before our bodies have a chance to produce enough to replace it lets go and get hammered! Yeah, I know most people can't get hammered on one pint. But they do have less blood in their system so it takes less alcohol to affect them.

I understand the reasoning behind the giveaways, it was to get people to come out and donate blood. But BEER? Come on people use your common sense. You don't give beer to people who have just given blood. How irresponsible is that?
